You in town connects travellers with local residents who offer to show them around their city. Using the Platform is free of charge — the operator charges users no fee for access. Users may, entirely voluntarily, support the operator or tip a local through third-party payment services (such as PayPal); the operator takes no cut of and is not a party to those payments. The Platform is not a travel agency, tour operator, or tourism service, and does not arrange, sell, or organise trips, tours, accommodation, or transport.

Governing law & jurisdiction

The operator is established in Austria. Use of the Platform and these legal notices are governed by Austrian law. The full terms — including the place of jurisdiction (St. Pölten, Austria, for business users) and the mandatory rights that consumers keep — are set out in the Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

All meetings arranged through this platform are voluntary and take place between private individuals. The operator accepts no liability for the content of user profiles, the behaviour of users, or the outcome of any arranged meetings.
